Pilates Based Body Conditioning
Weekly Monday 11.45pm & Wednesday 7.00pm
A fitness class incorporating several elements: a dance-based aerobic warm up, to help cardio-vascular fitness and challenge the brain, Pilates-based mat exercises to improve core strength, control and coordination and stretches to improve flexibility. All welcome, clients are able to work at their own level.
